The particle vibration
has explicit errors when trying to provide an entity destination, helping you guide to what arguments you need.
However, when the arguments are provided, the command still refuses to work.
/particle minecraft:vibration{arrival_in_ticks:20,destination:{type:"entity",source_entity:[I;0,0,0,0]}}}}
Expected is that the command will be allowed, since all particle arguments are provided.
This even doesn't work when providing a UUID of an entity loaded in the world.
