[MC-277515] End Terrain Aburptly Stops at X cord 370719

If you tp to X 370719 in the End, you will find that the generation ends.

How to reproduce:

1. Open or generate a world in Creative Mode

2. Run the command (/execute in minecraft:the_end run tp @s 370719 ~ 0)
