In Minecraft versions 18w22a and upwards, the dragon's breath particle can now go through walls. This is due to hasPhysics being false in DragonBreathParticle. In the attachments you can find videos and screenshots of this bug in action.

Please note, that mechanics of the game may change between updates.
Things such as graphics, sounds, world creation, biomes, redstone, villagers, and animals may not work the same in current versions.

Dragon breath particles go through blocks.

Dragon breath particles should not go through blocks.
