When a creaking with Wind Charged has its heart destroyed, no wind charges spawn

Destroying a creaking heart counts as killing its linked creaking, but if that creaking has the Wind Charged effect, no wind charges spawn around the location it was at before disappearing.

How to reproduce:

1. In a world with the Winter Drop experiment enabled, place a creaking heart between two correctly aligned pale oak logs.

2. Execute the following command:

   /time set night

3. When the creaking spawns, throw a splash potion of Wind Charging at it.

4. Destroy the heart.

Expected result:

A creaking's heart being destroyed would cause that creaking to spawn a wind charge at its dying spot if it had the Wind Charged effect.

Observed result:

A creaking's heart being destroyed did not cause that creaking to spawn a wind charge at its dying spot despite its Wind Charged effect.
