The Bug
Naturally-spawned creaking hearts drop experience when mined in Creative mode, despite other blocks that drop experience not doing so (such as ores, monster spawners, sculk, etc.). This creates an inconsistency between those blocks and the creaking heart.
Steps to Reproduce
Place a creaking heart that drops experience when mined:
/setblock ~ ~ ~ minecraft:creaking_heart[natural=true]Break the creaking heart in Creative mode.
Observed Results
The creaking heart drops experience when mined in Creative mode.
Expected Results
Creaking hearts would not drop experience when mined in Creative mode, to share behavior with other blocks that don't drop experience when mined in Creative.
