[MC-278197] Change of sky when we enter pale garden

As mojang said when we enter pale garden the color of the sky changes but in snapshot 24w44a and 24w45a the color of sky doesn't change

Cannot Reproduce. Make sure you are actually in the biome, using F3.

Also, don't change your bug reports, instead make a new one.

Not all trees have creaking hearts, I'm pretty sure this is intentional. Also as @unknown said, don't change the entire bug report.
