Putting In A Resource Pack That Modifies Visuals And Sounds Causes "Resource Reload Failed", The Pack I Am Using Is From Vanilla Tweaks I'm Using The Pack On Vanilla Minecraft

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Get Some Texture's From Vanilla Tweaks Website
2. Download And Put It Into Your Folder And Click On The Pack
3. The Pack Will Load Around 95% And Load Again 95% And Then The Brief Message Appears That Says "Resource Reload Failed"

Works On 1.21.1 And So On

Please attach the client log file.

Alternatively, please attach the affected resource pack.

@ManosSef the resource pack is too big so here is the logs

Invalid, modded game. Any mods installed means it's not Mojang's problem to fix.
Unless you can reproduce without any mods, this is not Mojang's problem.

oh i had it open on optifine it doesnt work on vanilla either
