[MC-278851] Missing chest in underwater_ruin/mossy

The bug
The structure underwater_ruin/mossy_1 does not have a chest, although all other underwater ruins have one.

To reproduce:

Place the structure:
```
/place template minecraft:underwater_ruin/mossy_1
```
❌ check if any of its structure blocks spawn a chest

Place similar structures:

/place template minecraft:underwater_ruin/brick_1
/place template minecraft:underwater_ruin/cracked_1

❌ check if any of its structure blocks spawn a chest

What I expected to happen was...:
See all structures with chests

What actually happened was...:
The structure mossy_1 had no chest

Oh, I thought it was a bug. It's the only one of the 48 underwater ruins that doesn't have a chest.

Yeah, I feel like the triage team misunderstood. For clarity to them: all other structure files for underwater ruins have a chest, except this one; it's reporting an inconsistency/oversight, not requesting a feature/change.
