[MC-278981] Inc sac usable as dye for terracotta

As the title suggests, you can dye pre-dyed terracotta (and only pre-dyed terracotta) with inc sacs when only black dye should be possible.

My bad, the "bug" seems to be a side effect of some pack I didn't know about. Sorry.
