[MC-279103] Block disappears when attaching lead

When attaching a mob (by lead) to a fence, while holding out a placeable object,
the placeable object is placed,
the mob's lead is attached to the fence,
the placeable object then disappears, as well as not giving back its item.

Edit: Don't know how to close issues, but this is a duplicate of MC-128216
