When breaking shulker boxes, its contents fall out of it like a chest. In survival, it gives you a empty shulker box In creative, it gives you a full shulker box but still has items fall out of it.

I Have Also Had This Issue, Also In Creative The Items Duplicate By Dropping Out But Also Having The Items Stay Inside The Shulker Box.
