The texture of walls are broken in some specific states. (applies to all types of walls)
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Generate a world in world type of Debug Mode.
2. Enter the locations in the screenshot.
3. Observe the glitches.

I could not reproduce in survival. Maybe this is a thing to optimize the faces of completely invisible sides in normal playtrough.
These states are not accessible without the use of commands, debug sticks or the debug world type. Normally, these blocks would have the up state set to true (everything with corners or different side-heights has up set to true), obscuring the textureless faces.
Not a bug.
This essentially duplicates MC-195313, which describes the same issue apart from the fact that there the walls were created manually using a debug stick.
Are these states accessible in normal gameplay?
