The Bug:

No command feedback messages are displayed when using the "/test create" command.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Create a test by using the command provided below.

   /test create minecraft:always_pass

2. Observe that the command ran successfully but check if any message was displayed in chat.

Observed Behavior:

No command feedback messages are displayed.

Expected Behavior:

Command feedback messages would be displayed.
