Strays without a bow don't inflict slowness on the player, unlike Bedrock Edition
How to reproduce:
Java command: /summon stray ~ ~ ~ {}
Alternate commands: /summon stray ~ ~ ~
/item replace entity @e[type=stray] weapon.mainhand with air
Bedrock commands: /summon stray ~ ~ ~
/replaceitem entity @e[type=stray] slot.weapon.mainhand 1 air
Observed behavior:
When a Stray without a bow hits the player, it doesn't inflict the slowness effect
Expected behavior:
A stray without a bow is able to inflict the slowness effect on a player
