Firefly bushes drop a clone as an item when fertilized

When fertilizing a firefly bush with bone meal, a duplicate firefly bush drops as an item, which is inconsistent with the behavior of bushes, which duplicate to a nearby block instead. I would expect the behavior to be consistent between the two bushes, similar to how "The Bush can be used in the Composter" applies to both types of bushes.
