[MC-279949] Firefly bush is not emissive in item form

The bug

When placed as a block, firefly bushes will render the orange section at full brightness. However, this does not affect their item forms.

Note that items being emissive is indeed supported behaviour - see MC-275296.

This also affects things like torches, soul torches, lanterns, soul lanterns and so on. So I think this might be implemented.

It is obvious that none of those blocks contain emissive pixels, however.

yeah,but u want from those who did not added drowned emissive texture to make (item) textures emissive,i think mojang is not taking parity issue for java.
