Tadpoles rise from the dead when growing up into frogs

If a tadpole that is in its death animation happens to grow up, it will convert to a frog, subverting death entirely. Since the death animation is a 20-tick window and frogs grow up after 24,000 ticks, this is a bit difficult to time.

Steps to reproduce

1. Run /tick freeze to make timing easier
2. Spawn a teenage tadpole by running

/summon minecraft:tadpole ~ ~ ~ {Age:23981}

3. You brought it into this world, now you can take it out of it

4. Unfreeze the server with /tick unfreeze
5. Surprise! Frog
