[MC-280100] Four new blocks are generated on sand and gravel (after a while, it breaks)

Relates to MC-610 and MCPE-190363

When playing on a new seed or exploring never seen chunks wildflowers, leaf litter, bush or firefly bush genenerates on sand near bodies of water (e.g. Lakes, oceans, puddles, e.t.c.).

Since 25w06a, this is intended for leaf litter. Please provide a world seed and coordinates where wildflowers/bushes/firefly bushes generate on sand or gravel.
