yes, there is such a game rule, for some reason I did not pay attention to it, this problem starts with /gamerule randomTickSpeed ββββsmall lags are noticed at acceleration of 300 units, but are more clearly visible at a value of 500 and higher. I also checked on another version, specifically on 1.21.4, it is also present there, probably on even lower versions

You have created a situation where the game lags by increasing the random tick game rule excessively.
When the game is lagging, inaccuracies like you are describing here may happen.

I cannot reproduce this issue. Please see if there is any necessary set up or enabled options/gamerules to get this issue to occur consistently.
