Desert and badlands ambience sounds cut off when entering wooded badlands

The ambient sounds that play in deserts and variants of badlands biomes will not play in wooded badlands. the cause of this is that wooded badlands have their surface covered in podzol and coarse dirt, while the sounds originate only from sand and terracotta.

This isn't technically a "bug", but I am reporting just incase it's an oversight

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Find a wooded badlands biome

  2. Stand in it and listen for ambient sounds

Observed result:

No sounds play.

Expected result:

There would be ambient sounds, just like in other variants of badlands and deserts.
