Falling leaves don't have unique textures

Currently, falling leaves look identical across all leaf block types except for cherry blossoms. This is despite all of the leaf block’s unique leaf shapes and sizes, judging from the block textures themselves.

A fix for this would consist of giving most falling leaves a unique texture.

As a bonus, slightly decreasing the falling leaf rate to 0.8-0.9 would add further polish and subtlety to this feature, since it may seem a little excessive currently.
