Hi, I’ve been having issues with my mouse settings in-game for a while. I’ve tried changing the batteries, checking everything is up to date, etc, but I’m still having problems.
The problem is with right-clicking. When I right-click sometimes it will register as two clicks instead of one, and when I’m holding down on the mouse it will glitch as if I’m constantly clicking. I’ve noticed it most when placing blocks and I find myself having to remove extra blocks that I didn’t mean to place. It’s also difficult using a shield since it seems to arm/disarm at random despite me holding the right-click.
I’m not having this issue with other games or programmes and everything is up to date. I have ordered a new mouse just to be sure.
If anyone could help solve this, I would really appreciate it. Thanks

Hello,
Thanks for the reply. I’ve tested it in both versions and it’s not an issue in 1.12.2 but I’m still having problems in 1.13.
This issue has been reported multiple times before, namely in MC-157686, MC-168741, MC-222431, and MC-273520. This might be a hardware-dependent bug in LWJGL 3, a library that Minecraft started using in 17w43a. Can you test whether this issue occurs in 1.12.2 and 1.13?
