Broken UI and Crash

The UI part is simple. Whenever I open in creative, I see that sometimes the items in the menu have disappeared entirely, and sometimes the items in the category tabs disappear. However, once I open up the UI, my game freezes, and I can’t move my mouse cursor to another block, nor can I tap on any other buttons to unfreeze the game. Making it so that I would end up having to close the game by clicking on the X button instead of saving and quitting. The game is fine up until I open up the inventory.
