[MC-295413] Trail ruins when spawning, air may spawn at the bottom of the suspicious gravel

When this structure is generated, some air may generate air on the bottom of the suspicious gravel or the gravel placed on top of it, causing the player to unknowingly trigger a block update, and the suspicious gravel will shatter after falling and cannot be analyzed.
