The text on the screen flickers, all the textures in the game change from white to black (when entering the inventory in the game).

No mods / resource packs, clean installation (reinstalled), default game settings, everything is ok in other games, in 1.21.4 - ok.

This is not a duplicate. A separate issue on a dedicated GPU. Still would be nice to independently confirm on at least one other device.
What driver version are you running? Going to Help -> System Information in the NVIDIA Control Panel should show the driver version.
Does installing driver version 566.36 resolve the issue?

It could possibly be due to a mod you are using. Please turn off all mods and see if it fixes the issue. If it doesn’t could you please share your settings and see if is something to do with those. Otherwise, it could be a glitch with your hardware (but I don’t really know about that).
