The Bug:
Block placing sounds are played when the block states of completely unhydrated dried ghasts are changed.
For example, when you unwaterlog a dried ghast, block placing sounds are played despite no blocks being placed.
Steps to Reproduce:
Place down a dried ghast and obtain a water bucket.
Constantly waterlog and unwaterlog the dried ghast and listen closely as you do this.
Observed Behavior:
Block placing sounds are played.
Expected Behavior:
Block placing sounds would not be played.
