Text to the right of the caret in text fields such as chat are offset to the right by 1 pixel

Steps to Reproduce:

Open chat
Type text or a command to suggest autocompletion
Look to the right of the caret (move the caret if necessary)
- ❌ Observed: text is offset to the left
- ✔ Expected: text is not offset
