Item tooltips cause items behind it to not render

Tooltips now stop items from rendering behind it when previously this did not happen.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Fill your inventory with anything

2. Run the command below and obtain hover your mouse over it.

/give @p minecraft:acacia_boat[minecraft:custom_name="This item name will make this item have a very long tooltip to showcase the bug",lore=[["increased tooltip size downward"],{"text":"why doesn't \\n work anymore :sadge:"},"a","a","a","a"]]

❌ Items don't render behind it
