When entities mount or dismount a ghastling, the sound events entity.happy_ghast.harness_goggles_down
and entity.happy_ghast.harness_goggles_up
are played, respectively.
Steps to reproduce
Summon a ghastling. For instance, the following command can be used:
/summon minecraft:happy_ghast ~ ~ ~ {Age:-2147483648}
Execute the following command to mount the ghastling.
/ride @s mount @n[type=minecraft:happy_ghast]
Press your Sneak key (bound to Left Shift by default) to dismount the ghastling.
Observed behavior
When mounting or dismounting a ghastling, the aforementioned sound events will be played.
Expected behavior
Those sound events would not be played.

Does this issue occurs on naturally spawned ghasts, not via commands?

After consideration, the issue is being closed as Won't Fix.
Please note that this is not the same as Working as Intended, as this bug report correctly describes behavior in the game that might not be the intended or desirable behavior, but it will not be fixed right now. Sometimes, this is because the issue reported is minor and/or impossible to change without large architectural changes to the code base.
