[MC-296960] piglins are not affected by tick sprint or tick rate

when going to the nether while at tick rate “100“ or tick sprinting piglins take the same time to barter with the player

I am unable to reproduce the reported behavior.

I am unable to reproduce this issue in 25w18a either. Piglins ARE affected by both tick sprint and tick rate.

Suspect the hardware was not able to run the game at a 100 tps
