The "Leave Bed" button is invisible

When sleeping in a bed, there should be a “leave bed” button that appears. At the moment it’s not there, you can only press escape to leave the bed.

Steps to reproduce:

1. /time set night

2. Sleep in bed

Expected result:

The “Leave bed” button pops up

Actual result:

The “Leave bed” button is not there
