Parity issue: Some named chat colors are absent in Java Edition

Can’t check if this has been reported as searching is currently broken.

Since 1.15, several new chat colors have been implemented in Bedrock Edition. These are yet to be implemented in Java Edition, constituting a parity issue, which is valid as these were added after the cutoff.

The colors in question are as followed (name, color, shadow color):

material_redstone (#971607 / #250501)
