Visual Glitches With Crashing

After a few minutes of joining the text changed to have black or colorful pixels over certain letters. Over time the text gets worse with more pixels & effecting more letters. While that continues to happen certain mobs will have deleted pixels or added colorful pixels over them that also continues to get worse over time. Also, my screen glitches out while playing that also gets worse over time. Sometimes the game also freezes & crashes. This issue started once the spring to life update came out.
