Corrupted Text and Frozen Screen

Hello, for several weeks now I’ve been experiencing a bug in version 1.21.5 of your game, Minecraft. This bug causes the in-game text to become corrupted. When I launch the game, everything appears normal — there are no bugs, all text is displayed correctly, and the game runs smoothly. However, after 10 to 15 minutes of gameplay, the text begins to distort, disappear, and change colors, eventually appearing as shown in the images I’ve attached.

This issue also affects item numbers slightly — though not in the same way as the text. The numbers begin to stretch and disappear in a strange manner, then revert to normal.

Occasionally (though not always), the game completely freezes and the screen becomes stuck. Despite this, I can still interact with the game — I hear normal in-game sounds and can even exit my world, but the screen remains frozen as if the game is paused. I believe this is a game-related issue as my computer continues to run normally while only the game display is affected.
