/title command shows a background

Using /title @s subtitle "foo" and /title @s title now shows a darkened box where previously nothing was present.

While the new background is mostly nice for full title+subtitle, it makes some uses of it look really awkward now. (I know we’re not allowed to ask, as it’ll be closed as “go to the feedback site”, but, it’d be nice if this was a background option in text components rather than forced)
