As of version 1.14 and later. The animation of the explosion particle effect plays slower than before.
To reproduce: Perform an action that displays the explosion particle effect (Ignite TNT, shear a mooshroom ,etc).
What I observed: The explosion particle animation plays rough on version 1.21.8
What I expected: The explosion particle animation would play at a smooth pace as done on version 1.13 and before.
Attachments recorded in versions 1.13 and 1.21.8 have been provided for comparison.

I think it’s because the video was uploaded at 30 fps, even though all clips were recorded in 60 fps I’ll see if I can repost comparisons at 60 fps since it didn’t default to 60 fps here for some reason

Like the others, download it for viewing in 60 fps.
