Enchantment glint is not displayed on held maps

Using the command /give @s minecraft:filled_map[minecraft:enchantment_glint_override=1,minecraft:map_id=1] produces a map which appears enchanted in item form, however the glint is not applied to the map when held or when placed in an item frame, unlike all other items. This is inconsistent with armor as well.
