Pixels glitching, everything being different colors, hotbar and everything missing, things glowing or getting darker

In the pictures I have added you can see what has been wrong. The pixels have been glitching out and the color changing thing is also glitching the pixels and it seems like it’s multiplying the pixels. You can see my friend is glowing in a picture and that also goes along with chests being “shadowed”. In the picture of my friend holding ancient debris, you can see everything is missing. It is not a screenshot. I have ran multiple malware scans and virus scans and they have came up empty. Please help.
