my hopbar disappeared i pressed E and then my inventory vanished i tried to tyoe a command my chat was not there i pressed Esc then my screen went blury like the pause menu without the buttons i freaked out and clicked all over the screen then the blurry panorama of happy ghasts it was the game menu without any buttons

it happend again in hardcore Minecraft
first most of my items went invisible like my bow and sword AND MY ENCHANTED GOLDEN APPLES i had 2 g apples the number stayed but my item disappeared and the durability stayed the endermen and dragon flashed black instead of red when i hit them then the enderdragon started perching and then my inventory disappeared i couldn't see my health and i started hitting the enderdragon and then i saw my items drop and my screen zoom out and i knew i lost my hardcore world i cant spectate the world the death buttons were not there

Could you have accidentally pressed the F1 key? It hides most GUI elements like hotbar, and on screen GUI
(It doesn’t affect things like Esc menu or chat but could be a factor in the problem)
