Items used to show up normally, but now the textures are not showing up and are blank. There is no item texture and it just appears as a blank inventory space. If you hover over it, it shows the item name and stuff, but this bug does occur on multiplayer also.
Environment
Happens when you usually log out of your world and log back in. Sometimes its when you switch versions but other times its when you log out of a server or a world play something on a different version and then log back in to a server. Then the items disappear and are gone. One of the screenshots was on a world i last played on 1.21.7, but I logged back in and the item textures are gone for some reason.

F3 + T does not fix this issue. This is not a resource pack issue. This bug happens on clean installs as well.
Please attach a screenshot of the issue occurring with F3 open, and let us know what graphics card you have.
