[MC-299749] The fire animation continues to play during game pause

I noticed that when I pause the game, the fire doesn't stop burning.
I also decided to check it with a mob: I set it on fire, and the same thing happened.

Observed Behavior:
The fire continues its animation..

Expected Behavior:
The fire will stop the animation.
