To reproduce put a rail and a hopper minecart, then a jukebox on top, then put a music disc on top
the expected result is no music being played because its removed on the same tick
but its still plays even when the jukebox is broken

windows 11 on an rx550 with 8 gb of ram and xeon E5-1650 v4
