A block that can be mine in spectator mode and adventure mode

I was playing creative Minecraft and I turn in to survival mode and while I was digging a dirt block I press F3+F4 and the block animation stop it stayed cracked I went to a adventure mode and when I punched the block the block was cracking when it looks like it will break and then the loop starts again the same thing does with spectator mode and if just stop punching when it half cracked it will just be crack forever until you walk far away or just turn around and wait until then turn back to normal
