I've tested this on two devices, with various versions, and it keeps popping up. It's very annoying; it only happens when you're away for a few seconds and send something to the chat. I assume this problem doesn't occur on more powerful computers, but it does affect those without those computers.
I should clarify that this didn't occur on versions prior to 1.21.5. I assume the problem started before 1.21.4 or 1.21.5. Also, if you're wondering if my interfaces also crash when I open them after being away, that doesn't happen; it only happens with the chat.

@ampolive , This happens with both options enabled or disabled. I can say that in the latest snapshot, the problem persists, but not as severe as in previous Minecraft snapshots.
Do you have, inside the Video Settings, the “Reduce FPS when: AFK” setting? If not, does this issue also occur with the “Reduce FPS when: Minimized” setting?
