Mannequins cannot enter crawl mode

First, summon a mannequin. Next, place a trapdoor or piston above it’s head. Then, power the piston or open the trapdoor.

You would expect that the Mannequin would enter crawl mode, like a player would in the same scenario, But instead the block clips inside the mannequin and the mannequin remains standing.
