[MC-302124] Mannequins who have their pose set to "fall

The mannequins don’t tilt up and down when their pose is set to "fall_flying". They tilt just fine when their pose is set to “swimming", it’s just the "fall_flying" that does not work.

it appears to be related. I just tested and the swimming pose doesn’t do the tilting outside of water. Also it appears the fall_flying pose does just use the swimming pose like that issue says.
