When hovering over command suggestions in chat or a command block, the mouse cursor does not update while the “Allow Cursor Changes” setting is enabled.
The effect is more noticeable in command blocks, where the cursor does still change for UI elements behind the command suggestions, meaning the cursor can be the default shape, hand pointer, or not allowed shape depending on where the suggestion is placed on the screen, leading to confusion.
Expected result would be to use the hand pointer shape while hovering a suggestion, regardless of what is behind the suggestion on the screen.
