When I was in the ancient city, a Warden spawned, after that I fully blocked myself in at all sides, but still somehow managed to be eliminated by the Warden when I was fully covered in blocks, it’s like the Warden hit through walls somehow.

If you had checked the wiki or otherwise done any research before submitting this, you would know this is not a bug.
This is not a bug, the warden can detect you even if you are covered in wool.
The wool has to be used only to block the detector of the noises (in this case the warden), not the producer of the noises (in this case the player)
