The Bug:

Having a spear in the main hand affects the hand animation speed for items held in the off hand.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Obtain elytra, firework rockets, and a spear.

2. Place the firework rockets in your offhand and the main in your main hand.

3. Use the firework rockets to boost yourself into the air.

4. Quickly switch to the spear after using a firework rocket and observe the hand animation speed in your off hand.

Observed Behavior:

Hand animation speed for items held in the off hand are affected when a spear in held in the main hand.

Expected Behavior:

Hand animation speed for items held in the off hand would not be affected when a spear in held in the main hand.
