How to reproduce:
1: If using latest snapshot (25w41a), make sure it is night or in a dark place where you are so the skeleton horse you summon does not burn
2: Make sure that cheats/commands are enabled. Summon a skeleton horse using this command: ‘/summon minecraft:skeleton_horse ~ ~ ~ {SkeletonTrap:1b}’
3: Get a saddle
4: Right click on the skeleton horse with the saddle, without killing the skeleton rider
Expected result: It shouldn’t let you put a saddle on a skeleton horse if something is still riding on it
Actual result: If you right click on the skeleton horse, the saddle still equips on it, despite something already being on the horse.
